Supper Time


Another pretty sweet gig we recently had was working with Chef Alex Haun in St. Andrews, NB for a story coming up in this months issue of Saltscapes Magazine…I think it's in stores this week actually.  After a pretty fun photo shoot of documenting Chef Alex at work, we then got to sit down for supper and hear about his business, and the benefits of using only fresh (often hand picked) local ingredients.  This was shortly followed by us solving all the worlds problems over a couple glasses of wine…but I think that's pretty standard.  You can check this guy out here:, and click below to see a few photos from the shoot!
